"It was, now that I look back, one of—no, not one, but I believe the most difficult moment of my life. That whole situation, that whole moment, everything was inaccessible, everything felt like a kind of bad dream that would at some point say, 'Wake up now, because none of this is really happening.' And I remember as if it were now those moments when the request came to do that interview. I was with Edlira, in bed. Actually, Edlira was outside, and I said, 'This is the situation, what do you think, how do you see it?' She said, 'Please, do it for Gerti.' That is, it was a word that even now when I think about it, it touches me incredibly deeply. I was in a situation where I had neither the desire to speak nor the desire to share anything with anyone... And she says, 'Please, do it for Gerti, because Gerti did a lot for people!'"
