The Albanian Football Federation has taken severe measures regarding the violent incidents recorded in two of the Superiore Category matches held on February 15 and March 8, specifically concerning the respective matches Vllaznia-Elbasani and Tirana-Elbasani. In its announcements, FSHF emphasizes that 16 fans have been banned from stadiums for an indefinite period.
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee, after reviewing the report of the Technical Secretariat and the correspondence with the Tirana Local Police Directorate regarding acts of violence in the "Abissnet Superiore" championship match KF Tirana – AF Elbasani, held on 08.03.2026 at 15:00 in the "Selman Stermasi" stadium, where violations of the legal provisions of Article 48 and subsequent articles of Law 79/2017 "On Sports" were established, and after examining the submitted documentation and discussing the matters in their entirety based on Article 59 and subsequent articles of the DCE,
Decides to ban entry to football stadiums in the Republic of Albania where activities organized by FSHF take place for an indefinite period for the following persons:
Based on Article 7 of the DCE, all FSHF members who administer football stadiums are instructed to ensure the implementation of this decision. A copy of this decision is to be forwarded to the State Police.
