After the postponement of the hearing at GJKKO, Monika Kryemadhi reacted to the media, clarifying that during the preliminary phase, it was decided that she would be provided with the phone expert analysis materials, as well as the wiretaps administered in the case file.

According to her, this request was also presented during the hearing, while the prosecutor indicated that the documentation could be obtained directly by her and not through her legal representative. Kryemadhi emphasized that these materials are essential for her defense, as, according to her, the charges are based on inaccurate interpretations.

She specifically focused on a communication used by the prosecution as evidence, claiming that it was taken out of context. Kryemadhi explained that it concerns a message where she expressed interest in purchasing a residence but later changed her mind, adding that such a situation cannot be considered a criminal offense.

Furthermore, she dismissed allegations related to a rumored property, stating that the object in question does not exist and that its connection to other legal matters is unfounded.

Kryemadhi characterized the entire construction of the accusation as an attempt to create a false public perception, insisting that the actual facts do not support the claims made against her.
