Recalling the incident from a day earlier, where a pitbull-type dog bit a 4-year-old child on the head, sources from the Vlora police inform that the owner of the animal has been identified. The 87-year-old has been criminally charged while remaining at liberty. When asked about the case, the elderly man stated that he kept the dog tied up in the residence, but the latter broke the chain and went outside, causing the serious incident. The investigative materials have been forwarded to the prosecutor's office, which will also issue the final verdict on this matter.
