A 26-year-old Albanian man wanted by Spain as a member of a "hawk" gang was arrested today in Laç. Mateo Selala has been handcuffed, also accused of forgery and participation in a criminal group.
The judicial authorities in Spain issued an international arrest warrant for him in February for the criminal offenses of "Robbery with violence," "Document forgery," and "Criminal group." He is accused of stealing from two residences on March 14 and 15, 2025. He is also accused of altering the license plates of a vehicle.

Citizen M. S. is accused of stealing from two residences in different areas of Spain on March 14 and 15, 2025. He is also accused of altering the license plates of a vehicle. Interpol Tirana is cooperating with counterparts in Madrid to extradite the 26-year-old to Spain.
