Ervis Matodashaj, also known by the nickname "Çoke qorri," has been declared wanted by SPAK, as an individual who, according to investigations, is closely linked to Inez Hajrulla. The latter is identified by authorities as the leader of a structured criminal group operating in Vlorë. On March 7, during an operation carried out under SPAK's order, both managed to evade arrest. Hajrulla is considered a highly dangerous person and over the years has been the target of several assassination attempts. The earliest incident mentioned in the file dates back to 2017, when an explosive (TNT) attack was attempted against him at a venue in Vlorë, an area known to be frequented by Edison Harizaj as well. Another attack was recorded in 2019, when Hajrulla was together with Matodashaj in the area called "7 pallatet Oslo." There, they were fired upon with firearms, accidentally injuring Dajko Canodemaj. The perpetrators fled the scene and later burned the vehicle in Babicë e Vogël. In August 2023, authorities uncovered another assassination plot against them. In the Uji i Ftohtë area of Vlorë, 35-year-old Amarildo Nikolli was arrested, caught with a silenced weapon, ammunition, and other equipment suspected to be used in the attack. According to investigations, the targets of this plan were precisely Hajrulla and Matodashaj. Meanwhile, both have been declared wanted for suspected involvement in two murders that occurred in Vlorë during 2021. The first case relates to February 6, when Gentian Qarri was executed. Preliminary investigations suggest that the murder may have been an act of revenge. It is suspected that the initial target was Fatmir Hyseni, known as "Doqja," linked to the murder of Edison Faqedjegur. Failing to hit him, the perpetrators are suspected of killing his cousin, Gentian Qarri, immediately after he had left his residence. The second incident occurred on May 10 of the same year, when Bledar Birçaj was killed. According to suspicions, this murder is linked to the disappearance of a quantity of cocaine in Spain, a country from which Birçaj had returned shortly before. He was executed on "Hajro Çakërri" street while driving his BMW X5 vehicle.
