The Disciplinary Commission of the Albanian Football Federation has issued the following sanctions for incidents and misconduct observed in this weekend's matches across all categories of Albanian football, with penalties ranging from fines to suspensions of various individuals.

Decision No. 37 of the FSHF Disciplinary and Ethics Commission dated 07.04.2026

KF Egnatia, for misconduct by spectators, violating basic rules of good conduct and using offensive chants, under Article 17/2/e of the DEC, is fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lekë.

AF Elbasani, for misconduct by spectators, repeatedly using offensive chants and offensive banners, under Articles 17/2/e and 33 of the DEC, is fined 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lekë.

FK Partizani official, Amarildo Dajlani, for protesting match officials' decisions, under Article 14/1/c of the DEC, is suspended for 2 (two) matches from activities.

Flamurtari FC, for misconduct by spectators, igniting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, under Article 17/2/b of the DEC, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.

KF Iliria player, Brajan Selmani, for assault on match officials, under Article 14/1/l of the DEC, is suspended for 15 (fifteen) matches from activities.

KF Iliria official, Mario Bytyçi, for unsporting behavior towards match officials, under Article 14/1/j of the DEC, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.

AF Luftëtari, for misconduct by spectators, throwing objects onto the field and endangering the safety of participants in the sporting activity, under Article 17/2/b of the DEC, is fined 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lekë. In application of Article 76/1/a of the DEC, the fine is applied at 50%.

AF Luftëtari player, Rei Zaimi, for unsporting behavior towards opposing players and officials, under Article 14/1/b of the DEC, is suspended for 3 (three) matches from activity.

FC Besa official, Romeo Bishdili, for provoking spectators, under Article 14/1/f of the DEC, is suspended for 2 (two) matches from activities.

FC Besa player, Chinwendu Godswill Chukunonso, for offensive behavior and provocation of spectators, under Articles 13/2 and 14/1/f of the DEC, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.

Eagle Football, for failure to comply with obligations, responsibilities, and activity regulations causing temporary match interruption, under Articles 8/1, 13/1, 16/1, and 77 of the DEC, is fined 500,000 (five hundred thousand) lekë. In application of Article 76/1/b of the DEC, the fine is applied at 20%.

Eagle Football, under Article 6/1/a of the DEC, is warned that in case of repeated delays or match interruptions, it will be subject to more severe disciplinary measures as provided by the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.

Eagle Football official, Andi Matraxhiu, for threatening match officials and violating fair-play principles, failing to respect the laws of the game and acting contrary to the integrity and reputation of the activity, due to the team's withdrawal from the match as well as non-compliance with Decision No. 31 dated 03.03.2026, under Articles 6/2/a, 8/1, 13, and 14/1/k of the DEC, is suspended for 6 (six) months from all activities organized by FSHF.

The new penalty period is added to the unserved period of the previous penalty from Decision No. 31 dated 03.03.2026.

Rejection of KF Maliqi's request for the match to be declared a walkover victory, as unfounded under the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.

KF Shkumbini official, Mishel Hasbajrami, for violent behavior towards match officials, under Article 14/1/h of the DEC, is suspended for 8 (eight) matches from activity.

KF Shkumbini official, Marsel Sula, for violent behavior towards match officials, under Article 14/1/h of the DEC, is suspended for 8 (eight) matches from activity.

KF Naftëtari player, Renis Agalliu, for unsporting behavior towards match officials, under Article 14/1/j of the DEC, is suspended for 4 (four) matches from activities.

Atletik Shkodra Vajza, for abandoning a valid Girls' Championship match against KF Teuta Vajza, under Article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match by a 3-0 walkover. According to Article 76/1/d of the DEC, the fine is to be applied at 5%.

KF Shkodra, for abandoning a valid National Third Category Championship match against KF Bulqiza, under Article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match by a 3-0 walkover. According to Article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is to be applied at 3%.

T-Kamza, for abandoning a valid National Third Category Championship match against Vllaznia B, under Article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match by a 3-0 walkover. According to Article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is to be applied at 3%.

KF Laçi U-17 player, Arlind Nezha, for unsporting behavior towards opposing players, under Article 14/1/b of the DEC, is suspended for 2 (two) matches from activity.

Shkëndija Tiranë U-17 player, Enes Sulollari, for unsporting behavior towards opposing players, under Article 14/1/b of the DEC, is suspended for 2 (two) matches from activity.

Rinia EL U-19, for violence against the match official, causing the interruption of the match between Rinia EL U-19 and FC Besa U-19, under Articles 6/3/j, 8/1, 16/1, and 17/1 of the DEC, is fined 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match by a 3-0 walkover. According to Article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is to be applied at 3%.

Rinia EL U-19 player, Jerli Jatellari, for assault and violence against the match official causing the interruption of the match between Rinia EL U-19 and FC Besa U-19, under Articles 3/d, 6/2/c, 13, 14/1/l, 32, 59, and 77 of the DEC, is permanently excluded from all football activities organized by FSHF.

Shkëndija Tiranë U-19, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid U-19 First Category match against FC Lushnja U-19, under Article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match by a 3-0 walkover. According to Article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is to be applied at 3%.

FC Albanet U-14, for failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities causing the abandonment of a valid U-14 First Category match against FC Kinostudio U-14, under Article 16/1 of the DEC, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match by a 3-0 walkover. According to Article 76/1/e of the DEC, the fine is to be applied at 3%.

Acceptance of the request by applicant FK Apolonia. FK Kukësi, for failure to execute Decision No. 01 dated 13.01.2026 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, under Article 29/1/b of the DEC, is given a warning period of 30 (thirty) days to execute the decision.

KF Tirana, for failure to execute Decision No. 10 dated 28.07.2025 of the National Dispute Resolution Chamber, under Article 29/1/c of the DEC, is imposed a ban on registering new players for 3 (three) registration periods until full payment of the obligation.

Acceptance of the request by AF Elbasani player, Insa Boye, for conversion of the remaining part of the penalty, based on Article 75 of the Disciplinary and Ethics Code.

Appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeal Commission. /Top Channel/
