Katerin Mejía Argueta, 20, known on social media as Katy Mazorca, was found lifeless in an isolated area with severe neck wounds. She had been reported missing by her family a day earlier, before her body was discovered near a plantation.
According to authorities, three people have been arrested in connection with the crime, including the victim's boyfriend, who has admitted involvement in the incident.
