EMRI/ Relieved from duty as Deputy Minister of Defense! Here is who replaces him

In today's meeting of the Council of Ministers, the government decided to relieve Deputy Minister of Defense Andrea Shllaku from his duties.

In the same meeting, the appointment of Pranvera Skana to the position of Deputy Minister of Defense was also approved. Shllaku had held the post of Deputy Minister of Defense since December 19, 2025, while Pranvera Skana was a candidate on the PS lists for Lezhë in the 2025 elections.

Based on Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2 of Article 6 of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, "On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers," upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers relieves Mr. Andrea Shllaku, Deputy Minister of Defense, from this duty.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette."

Based on Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2 of Article 6 of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, "On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers," upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers appoints Ms. Pranvera Skana as Deputy Minister of Defense.
