FAST Albania contributes through the ENFAST network to the localization and capture of citizens under international search. As a result of the rapid exchange of police information, the coded operation "Interaction" has been finalized by the Belgian Police. A 29-year-old, convicted by the Vlora Court for murder, committed in collaboration, and injury, has been captured in Belgium. The services of FAST Albania, continuing their work on locating and capturing citizens declared wanted, have secured information that a citizen convicted of crimes against the person was hiding in Belgium. The information was exchanged in real time with Belgian partners through the ENFAST network and, as a result, within the framework of the coded operation "Interaction," the localization, capture in Belgium, and arrest for the purpose of extradition of the citizen were enabled: Nasi Hodo, 29 years old, born in Sarandë. The 29-year-old was internationally sought because in 2019, the Vlora Court sentenced him to 18 years in prison for the criminal acts "Intentional murder," committed in collaboration, "Intentional murder," attempted, and "Intentional light injury." In July 2017, citizen Nasi Hodo, in collaboration with 2 other citizens, killed citizen P. B. with a cutting tool (knife), and seriously injured citizen E. M., during a conflict over trivial motives, in the village of Borsh, Sarandë. Additionally, the 29-year-old is the perpetrator of the injury of citizen D. K. Cooperation continues between Interpol Tirana and Belgian counterparts to finalize the procedure for the extradition of citizen Nasi Hodo to Albania, with the aim of serving the remaining part of the sentence, 13 years, 6 months, and 27 days in prison.
