A serious incident has been recorded in the center of Shkodra, near the fountain, where a double stabbing among teenagers has been reported. According to preliminary information, the conflict occurred among several youths, all suspected to be under the age of 18. During the clash, knives were used, leaving two people injured, reports Top Channel correspondent Klodian Zhivani. Both youths have been transported to the hospital, and it is currently reported that they are out of life-threatening danger. Police forces arrived immediately at the scene and have launched investigations to fully clarify the circumstances, as well as to identify the perpetrator and the causes that led to the conflict.
