A serious incident has shaken the city of Shkodër, where a 27-year-old woman, identified as M.S., lost her life just hours after an urgent appeal for blood donations was made to help her. The young woman had given birth to twins, but her health condition deteriorated immediately after delivery, making it necessary to urgently secure blood type 0 negative. The call for help spread rapidly on social media and in the press, mobilizing dozens of citizens who responded immediately to the appeal to donate blood. Despite the efforts of doctors and the solidarity shown by citizens, the 27-year-old did not survive the critical condition. This loss has deeply affected public opinion, while her family is facing immense grief.
