A 67-year-old man has been handcuffed in Lushnje after being suspected of sexually abusing a 16-year-old girl. Specialists from the Crime Investigation Department of the Lushnje Police Commissariat arrested citizen Th. K., 67, a resident of Lushnje, on suspicion of sexually harassing a 16-year-old girl.
