The Special Court has upheld the "prison arrest" security measure for the four individuals suspected of the kidnapping and murder of Renis Dobra. The measure will be applied to Petrit Çakraj and three brothers, Aleksandër, Kristi, and Fatjon Bushgjokaj. The judicial panel argued that there are no new circumstances or legal grounds that would allow for the replacement of this decision. Consequently, the accused of the serious crime against the 23-year-old will remain in isolation until the completion of the investigation.
