In the "Golden Bullet" investigative case, Asllan Plaku, who was arrested, complained this Thursday during the court session about his transfer from Durrës prison to that of Burrel. According to the defendant, this transfer makes it difficult to attend each session, as it is a two-hour journey.
He claimed that he still does not have the case file, an element that hinders his defense, while adding before the black robes that he does not know the lawyer assigned to him. Prosecutor Behar Dibra and the court said they are hearing his claims for the first time in the courtroom and that they will be verified.
"They put me in those dirty vans. Next week they are taking me to Drenovë. They want to transfer me again to where I was in Durrës," expressed Asllan Plaku.
The defendants in the "Golden Bullet" case are accused of several murders, attempted assassinations, and violent thefts, which were uncovered following the testimony of justice collaborator Nuredin Dumani. The Special Prosecution Office is continuing the process for the extensive case, which involves several defendants.
Nuredin Dumani is in the capacity of a repentant, as a collaborator of SPAK, having uncovered at least 12 murders and dozens of other crimes over a decade, as well as the orders he received for executions, with payments up to 200,000 euros.
