The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted to Edi Rama's next monologue, calling it a 'deception monologue' and propaganda. In his reaction on social media, Berisha accused Rama of presenting a distorted reality, boasting about his visits abroad, while according to him, 'wherever he goes, he carries the stain of corruption.' He emphasized that international media, in his view, have covered the recent protests in Albania and the demand for the prime minister's resignation. Berisha criticized Rama's statements about the budget and Gross Domestic Product (GDP), describing them as indicators of 'complete ignorance in economics.' He added that the comparisons made by Rama, according to him, highlight the lower fiscal burden of the previous government. Speaking about the palace engulfed in flames, Berisha accused Rama of defending the builder, speaking as his lawyer. According to him, the prime minister's statements are contradictory, as on one hand he denies the builder's responsibility for the fire, while on the other hand he entrusts him with the reconstruction of the building. The words of the PD Chairman, Sali Berisha: A few words about Edi Rama's next deception monologue this Sunday. In this monologue, today he boasted about the trip he made, forgetting that wherever he goes, wherever he steps, he carries the stain of the thief and the most corrupt prime minister in Europe. The media of Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, and all of Europe and the world, conveyed with extraordinary support the denunciation that the citizens of Albania made in the recent protest against the chief thief Edi Rama and the nationwide demand for his resignation. He stopped in his monologue presenting economic figures and data that absolutely best prove his complete ignorance in economics or tabula rasa. I'll give you just one example. At one point he says the budget was 4 billion in the previous government and the GDP was 10 billion in total. Does he forget that with this he pays an extraordinary tribute to the previous government which had a fiscal burden half of what it is today. Let's stop again for a moment at the advocacy he did for Armando Lilo and his palace in flames. Again Edi Rama took on the expert, took on the lawyer of Armando Lilo and declared that the fire had nothing to do with the construction and that the facade was built with the best materials, to the highest standards, at a time when it caught fire like a straw facade. He declared that the builder will rebuild the palace, but if the builder is not responsible for the burning of the palace, how can you entrust him with its construction? So, it shows a kind of inseparable connection with that builder as with other builders. After the builder, of course the main responsible is himself with Erion Velia, because the firefighters could not enter the area where they needed to extinguish the fire. Interesting in this monologue was the part that tried to present itself as a man with great interest in the North, which he has discriminated against in 12 years more than any other invader that has passed through this country. Investments in all of northern Albania are smaller than the tenders won by Termet Peรงi, his sister in Tepelena. So, and now he says that from the mountain package it will pass to the mountain gate, at a time when he demolished constructions built on father's land, constructions built with permits, in Theth and in other areas solely and only for political enmity towards them. The truth is that all this proves that apart from deception, Edi Rama has no other weapon left, no other means. Therefore, once again, I invite citizens to continue our battle, to continue our mission with our peaceful uprising for his removal from power as soon as possible. Albanians wherever they are, friends of Albania all over the world, have given and are giving extraordinary support to the Albanian peaceful insurgents in their mission to save Albania.
