The Tirana Prosecutor's Office is questioning five children who, based on security camera footage, appear to have thrown trash into a cart considered the source from which the fire that burned the multi-story building in Tirana started. Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports that the identified minors are residents of the complex, and their questioning was conducted in the presence of psychologists and parents. They stated that they did not act with premeditation and that they had seen a flammable container near which the trash was in the cart located next to an air conditioner. Meanwhile, sources inform TCH that the case prosecutor has ordered the police to carry out further actions at the scene, as well as other measures such as questioning additional individuals. The scientific expert report has not yet been completed, according to sources, while the police report that had arrested four individuals—Razie Sula, Agron Cara, Enver Ademi, and Altin Furtuna—suspected of violating fire safety regulations. For the four suspects, the criminal court imposed an obligation to appear, and their position was eased by the seized videos from the scene showing how the building's facade, where 71 apartments were burned, caught fire within five seconds./ Top Channel
