The director of a private school in Elbasan has been criminally processed by the Elbasan police after appearing in a "scandalous" video on social networks where he assaulted students in the schoolyard and threw away their food. Although the circumstances of the incident are not yet known, no reason justifies the unprecedented behavior of a head of an educational institution.
