New details have emerged from the serious incident in Nikël, where 45-year-old Artur Çangu was killed by gunfire from 33-year-old Eduart Ahmataj. According to preliminary data, there is suspected to be a familial relationship between the perpetrator and the victim, as Ahmataj is reportedly the son-in-law in the family of Çangu's cousins.

It is learned that the incident may have occurred following a property conflict that had taken place a few days earlier among the victim's relatives. The conflict is suspected to have escalated to the use of a firearm, resulting in the killing of the 45-year-old.

The lifeless body of Artur Çangu was found in the village of Verjon, lying face down with wounds caused by the firearm. Meanwhile, authorities are continuing investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and apprehend the perpetrator, who is currently being sought.
