New developments have emerged regarding the death of the 19-year-old Albanian girl, Myrto, who lost her life under tragic circumstances at a hotel in Argostoli, Greece.

According to investigations by Greek authorities, video footage and the testimony of one of the three arrested young men indicate that the girl had repeatedly consumed narcotic substances, specifically cocaine. It is suspected that the drugs were supplied through a former weightlifting champion, in collaboration with an Albanian citizen.

The incident took a dramatic turn when the 19-year-old lost consciousness in the hotel room. Despite her critical condition, the individuals present with her did not seek medical help; instead, according to investigators, they attempted to conceal traces that could implicate them in the incident.

Official reports state that they transported the lifeless body and left it at the hotel entrance, trying to avoid responsibility. Their claims of having acted out of panic contradict the collected evidence, which points to coordinated actions.

The forensic examination has confirmed that the cause of death was cardiac arrest, suspected to have resulted from the use of narcotic substances.

Greek authorities are continuing their investigations to fully clarify the dynamics of the incident and to determine the role and criminal responsibility of all individuals involved.
