New details have emerged regarding the serious incident that occurred on Friday afternoon in Vlorë, where 63-year-old Ismail Aliaj lost his life.
According to police sources, the incident is linked to a previous conflict between the victim's son and the perpetrator. The father and son went to Gjergj Araniti Street to clarify the situation, confronting the perpetrator, who at that moment was in his car with his family, having just picked up his son from the hospital.
Initially, the argument was verbal, but it later escalated into insults and curses. The situation became even more tense when two friends of the perpetrator got involved in the conflict. After a physical altercation involving punches and kicks, Ismail Aliaj died on the spot.
The Vlorë Police have launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident and to identify all individuals involved. Potential suspects have been declared wanted, while investigations continue to determine the cause and criminal responsibility of the event.
