The head of the PS Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, delivered his speech in today's plenary session in Parliament. Balla criticized the opposition, stating that they had different demands in committee meetings and hold different positions in the plenary session. Balla also responded to accusations against the Republican Guard, saying that any slander against it is low. "I did not understand how one can ask for more time in committees and then come here to say something different, but this is an example of the case when they don't know what they want. But I have requested a postponement for the next session. What was said here is not true; the employees of the Republican Guard deserve respect. We should always offer them our support. And any slander against the Republican Guard is low; it serves the state authority, regardless of whether you are in power or in opposition today. So I stand by my proposal, it is a working practice, and this issue should move forward for review in the session on the 23rd," he said among other things.
