When asked about the tension with Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis over the Fredi Beleri issue, Prime Minister Rama admitted that it created difficulties, but their relationship always maintains respect. The shared ambition is to resolve all issues between the two countries by the end of the year.

"The Beleri issue created some difficulties in our relationship, no doubt, but we have always been respectful and open with each other, without drama. I respect him greatly for that. We decided some time ago that we should not let our countries be strained by these kinds of tensions. We must once and for all resolve all the issues between us. Our ambition is to finish within this year and by next autumn to conclude all matters. We have a great asset for us, the Greek minority, and something that is an asset for you, the Albanians living here and integrated," said Rama.

He added that it is not about a restart because everything has already begun.

"I don't expect a restart, we have restarted. We expect an end by the end of the year, both of us hope so. I am trying to be careful not to joke with you because I don't want to disturb this environment," said the Prime Minister.
