Specialists from the Crime Investigation Section of the Vau i Dejës Police Commissariat, based on information obtained through operational channels, apprehended and detained the wanted citizen M. B., 63 years old, a resident of Qerret village. The First Instance Court of the General Jurisdiction of Shkodër had previously imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on him for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants." Investigations suspect that this citizen cultivated 130 narcotic plants in Qerret village, which were discovered and destroyed by police services in August 2025. The procedural materials have been referred to the Shkodër Prosecutor's Office for further action.
