PS MP Erion Braçe, in a sharp reaction on social media, has denounced the Albanian Post Office regarding a case he considers scandalous. Braçe writes that the postman delivered the pension to the family of Gugash Kamberi, an activist of the Socialist Party in Tirana, and then returned to take it back after being notified that he had passed away today. “GUGASH KAMBERI WAS A MAN, A PARENT, A GRANDFATHER, A GOOD MAN THROUGH AND THROUGH, A whole life built through work, honor, dignity, kindness, an illness that limited him but also did not; GUGASH KAMBERI WAS A SOCIALIST; At the head of a family that has supported us endlessly; I too received support when I came to Tirana, from him and his family; Even paralyzed, he did not miss and came to the polling center a year ago, VOTED once again; I am amazed by the strength and determination of such people; ABOVE ALL, IT MAKES ME RESPONSIBLE TOWARDS THEM, THEIR FAMILIES! I want to console the KAMBERI FAMILY, all their loved ones and friends at 5, 9 and wherever they are! MAY THE EARTH BE LIGHT ON YOUR CHEST, GUGASH; MAY YOU BE REMEMBERED AND HONORED AS YOU WERE—A GOOD MAN! I learned from family members that today the postman had appeared at the family's home and delivered the PENSION—the income; now at lunchtime he appeared again and had asked for the PENSION—the income back; I don't know where you find the courage to do this on a day like this?! He was alive in MARCH! He was alive today on APRIL 1st!”, writes Braçe.
