"I am grateful for the cooperation we have had over the past seven years, which I am proud of and which has yielded excellent results in the development of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, as well as in preserving and advancing the institutions of Republika Srpska," Đajić stated.
As an individual and a patriot, he added, he remains available in all his capacities to anyone who wishes to work in the interest of Republika Srpska.
According to Banja Luka media, Đajić has founded a new party called "Volja naroda – dr. Vlado Đajić" (The Will of the People – Dr. Vlado Đajić).
For the record, Đajić has served multiple terms as a member of parliament for the SNSD in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska and also led the Banja Luka City Committee of this party. Until November last year, he held the position of director of the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska.
His dismissal followed a scandal involving the release of a compromising video in which he was seen discussing narcotics with a man. SNSD leader Milorad Dodik commented at the time that Đajić had "relieved himself of all functions" with the release of that video.
