"He told me that a month ago. We were sitting and talking. I wished him a lot of luck and success at that time. I wish him all the best, both him and anyone who believes that such a thing is necessary to happen on the political scene. There is no pride or vanity here," Stanivuković stated.
He noted that Crnadak is still formally and legally listed as the head of the PDP Club in the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, RTRS reports.
"I am not rushing to speed up those processes. When he says that his entity is registered, we will then appoint a new head of the Club. We already know the name, as well as the name of the new deputy," Stanivuković said.
Media previously reported that several prominent names from the PDP, as well as from other political parties, could join the new party.
Crnadak had earlier hinted at this scenario on several occasions, stating that if faced with the dilemma of having to give up what he believes in, he would part ways with the current leadership.
