This award was determined based on votes from EuroLeague team captains and head coaches (35% each), accredited media (20%), and fans (10%). Vezenkov triumphed ahead of ลฝalgiris Kaunas guard Sylvain Francisco, who finished second, and Hapoel Tel Aviv's Elijah Bryant, who took third place. This is the second MVP recognition for Vezenkov, who also won the same award in the 2022/23 season. With this achievement, he became only the second player to win it twice, joining Anthony Parker (2004/05 and 2005/06).
