The truth is that every citizen, as well as visitors, finds themselves in situations that have "tested patience," such as traffic jams, parking that in some cases requires special skills, or boarding public transport vehicles where it's hard to get on the first time.

However, as our interviewees confirmed, everyday problems are often forgotten because, at the end of the day, it is the people who give value. In this city, a sense of community and the human factor still stand out, along with a specific sense of humor and a still-present more relaxed approach to life.

When it comes to difficulties, some citizens did not want to appear on camera for personal reasons, but they shared their views.

One of the interviewees said her complaint was the garbage on the streets, especially because all her acquaintances are tidy when it comes to keeping their homes clean, but there is an obvious problem when they step outside.

Infrastructure and streets that they sometimes cross, which are not in adequate condition, are also problems for some of them.

Politicians, as expected, found themselves on this list, along with crowds, fuel prices, and air pollution.
