As stated in the note, which Klix.ba had access to, this conference was organized by the civil sector, but with representatives of the Croatian authorities. "The Ministry points out that during the said event, views were expressed that imply aspirations for changes to the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which it considers unacceptable and contrary to its constitutional order. Bosnia and Herzegovina remains firmly committed to protecting its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and believes that such messages do not contribute to good neighborly relations or mutual trust," the note states. It further emphasizes that the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina are disturbed and concerned by such statements made during the conference. "We expect an official reaction from the competent institutions of the Republic of Croatia, including a clear distancing from the expressed views. The Ministry emphasizes that the said statements are unacceptable and deserve condemnation," the diplomatic note reads. They also state that these statements, which imply a territorial reorganization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, could negatively affect the circumstances in the country and are deemed harmful to regional stability, as well as to the bilateral relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia. "Bosnia and Herzegovina remains committed to European and Euro-Atlantic integrations, emphasizing that any potential constitutional reforms can be guided exclusively by its institutions, in accordance with the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights, the recommendations of the Venice Commission, and the standards of the European Convention on Human Rights," the diplomatic note, signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konakoviฤ‡, states. At this conference, ideas about the territorial reorganization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e., the establishment of a "third entity," were presented. Among others, the advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Croatia, Gordan Grliฤ‡ Radman, participated in the conference.
