As Hadžić stated, in the first days of his work, he dedicated himself to a detailed familiarization with the institution's system. "Instead of hasty announcements and conclusions, I decided to devote the first weeks to a thorough understanding of the system, discussions with employees, and grasping the processes that form the foundation of this institution's operations. FIA possesses exceptionally valuable data and has the potential, beyond its administrative role, to develop a stronger analytical and developmental function in support of the economy and the business community, with the help of its most valuable resource—its employees," said Hadžić. He also clarified what the focus will be in the coming period. "In the upcoming period, the focus will be on improving existing processes, strengthening transparency, and developing new analytical approaches based on the data that FIA holds. I will share the first concrete activities and development directions after completing the initial phase of analysis and mapping," Hadžić stated on LinkedIn.
