The action was carried out within the framework of the project "Think Clean - Act Green," with support provided, among others, by representatives of the Service for Protection, Inventory, Monitoring, and Conservation of Areas, who actively participated in field activities.

The project is the result of a public call issued by the Goethe-Institut for primary and secondary schools in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among 73 submitted projects, the Public Institution Primary School Gornje Prekounje - Ripač from Bihać was ranked among the five most successful teams, further confirming the quality and significance of this initiative.

The project leader is teacher Azra Crnčević, who, together with her students, aims to raise awareness about the conservation of biodiversity and the underwater world of the Una River through this initiative, actively involving young people in the protection of natural heritage.

Planned activities include cleaning the coastal belt and riverbed with the support of professional divers, as well as organizing educational workshops focused on strengthening ecological awareness among students and promoting a responsible attitude toward the environment.

The Una National Park stated that such projects confirm that the synergy of educational institutions, public bodies, and citizens can result in concrete and long-term effects in nature protection.

"Thanks to the joint efforts of the school, the National Park, and the local community, we once again confirm that partnership work can achieve concrete and long-term results in nature protection," the organizers emphasized.
