In the most important match of the season, teams SD Nedžarići Iuventus and Krajina Plan 21 faced off. The students started the game better. In the 4th minute, following an excellent assist from Mujanović, Imamović found the back of the net for the Krajišnici, putting his team in the lead. However, just three minutes later, Trnka found Logić from a set piece, and he scored to make it 1:1. There were chances on both sides until the end of the first half, but the nets remained undisturbed.
In the second half, the same scenario played out again. In the 32nd minute, a fast counterattack by the Students saw Imamović this time in the role of assistant, with M. Hasanović finishing the job. Once again, the joy lasted only three minutes, as Trnka equalized. Just when it seemed the match would go to a penalty shootout, a brilliant move by Mujanović and Imamović resulted in the former scoring with 90 seconds left, much to the delight of his team. Aware of the stakes, the Krajišnici pushed forward with an extra man, which ultimately led to two more goals in their net. First, Imamović scored in the 39th minute, followed by M. Hasanović in the 40th, sealing a final score of 5:2 and a grand celebration for the Students.
In the third-place match, Malak Team defeated KMF Hakler 3:2. With goals from Mujezinović (own goal), Isaković, and Hajdarević, Malak secured their first trophy in the competition. Consolation goals for Hakler were scored by Vražalica and Grošić.
Refik Imamović from the championship team was named the top scorer and best player of the 14th edition of the BH Telecom Fair Play League. With two goals in the final, he reached a total of 21 goals, becoming the absolute record holder for the most goals scored in a single league season. The award for best goalkeeper went to Nermin Šabić from KMF Hakler, while the prestigious Fair Play team title was awarded to TV SA. The best coach was Emsad Dizdarević, head of Krajina Plan 21.
The awards for the best teams and individuals were presented by Vlatko Glavaš, the special guest of the 14th season final of the BH Telecom Fair Play League.
